About Sheila Wise

Sheila first arrived in the Hudson Valley in 1995.  A true multi-talent, she blends her experiences to offer all-encompassing support to her clients.  An attentive listener, Sheila not only comprehends their needs but also expertly navigates them through the personal and technical apsects of real estate transactions.  Her negotiation skills have been honed by her wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience.  Drawing from her extensive background in midwifery, landscape architecture, small business ownership and old home restoration, her flexibility and adaptability serve as cornerstones of her success, allowing her to thrive in every endeavor she undertakes.  Sheila has enjoyed raising her three children here in the Hudson Valley, where she has been active in many community initiatives.  She is a founding member of the Rondout Rowing Club, where she channels her natural teaching abilities to coach rowing at the Kingston YMCA and along the Rondout Creek.  When not assisting clients or out on the water, Sheila delights in preparing dinners for friends, often using fresh fruits and vegetables from her beautiful garden (which was even featured in a major motion picture!)
