Janet is consistently the number one top producing agent in the NY office of TKG! 
She has been a resident of the Hudson Valley as a weekender for 30 years, and recently moved up to Old Chatham full time. 
She has been involved in the real estate business, both buying and selling her own properties, as well as working at the 
Corcoran Group in NYC and TKG in the Hudson Valley.  With a background on Wall Street, and founder of an e-commerce
home decor site, Janet Kain for the Home, she has honed her business skills, and is happy to be involved with all things home related. 
Finding a wonderful new home or investment property, and negotiating the best deal for her clients is her passion.  She is eager
to share all the wonderful aspects of country living, and to find the perfect home or land to build on for you!  When not working,
