Mitchel Todd is a Hudson Valley resident with a deep appreciation for the region’s character, architecture, and lifestyle. After being inspired by a book on the Hudson Valley’s landscapes and historic charm, Mitchel relocated from downtown Denver, Colorado, nearly a decade ago and restored a 1874 farmhouse in Livingston, New York, set on a working apple orchard. His passion for historic homes, local communities, and the natural beauty of the area gives him a unique perspective on the Hudson Valley real estate market.
With six years of real estate sales experience in Denver, combined with a successful career in healthcare as a healthcare executive and clinical social worker, Mitchel brings a strong foundation in client service, communication, and negotiation to every transaction. His experience working with a wide range of clients has shaped a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach centered on trust, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Mitchel understands that buying or selling a home is more than a financial decision — it’s a lifestyle decision. Whether helping first-time buyers, weekend homeowners, investors, or those seeking a country retreat, he is committed to making the process seamless, informed, and personalized.
Known for his approachable style and strong local knowledge, Mitchel loves connecting clients with everything that makes the Hudson Valley special — from charming small towns and historic farmhouses to vibrant communities, local farms, restaurants, and outdoor living.
When he’s not working with clients, Mitchel enjoys restoring his farmhouse, tending to the orchard, beekeeping, gardening, traveling, and exploring all that the Hudson Valley has to offer.
