About Matthew Lynch

Matt began his Hudson Valley journey in 2013 when he bought an abandoned Italianate in Hudson and commenced a multi-year restoration as a weekender.  After 30 years in the trenches of corporate America, Matt changed gears, moved to Hudson full time and has enjoyed every minute of it.

Matt’s experience with buying, renovating and selling multiple properties, his passion for historical architecture, his obsession with home technology and his love for landscaping, plants and all things garden design lured him into real estate.  He leverages his corporate skills and his enthusiasm for the region to connect people, make things happen and add to the dynamic community that is the Hudson Valley.

When not working, Matt enjoys cooking elaborate meals, demanding too much of his body at CrossFit, international travel and keeping that Hudson Italianate of his well-painted.
