About Matthew Deming

Like many who visit the Hudson Valley for the first time, I instantly fell in love with the region’s offerings, from the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountains to the vibrant and diverse communities within it. After having worked in the area for a decade, I bought a house with my partner in Hudson. In the last five years since we have worked closely with the city, the Historic Preservation Board, several local contractors, and artisans on the restoration and renovation of our 1875 Federal home.

 

Prior to my work with TKG, I worked in real estate in Manhattan. I am currently teaching at Marymount Manhattan College as a private voice instructor, and teach privately in Hudson, NY, as well. As a singer/actor, I have performed on Broadway and in many operas and concerts in NYC and beyond.

 

Having joined the TKG team in Hudson, I look forward to helping you find your dream home, whether you are newly moving to the area, looking to invest in the growing community, or need an escape to the country.
