About Amy Krane

Nationally acclaimed Architectural Color Consultant and podcast host, Amy Krane comes to TKG with a background in the worlds of business, design, and advertising.  Her skills at reinterpreting interiors, staging properties, and landscape design are available for her clients.  Amy became a full-time resident of the Hudson Valley after years of weekending in the area.  As a former second homeowner, she is keenly aware of what makes a perfect country getaway.  Formerly a film producer in advertising in NYC, Amy's career has always focused on servicing clients, and negotiating and closing deals.  She likened her role as a producer to that of a general, a mother, and a diplomat all rolled into one.  She puts these skills to use daily as a Realtor.  The highest levels of professionalism and ethics are the cornerstones of her real estate practice.  Amy's guidance and expertise makes the process of home buying and selling as stress free as possible.  Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and instantaneous communication set her apart, and she loves the thrill of the hunt!  Whether assisting a seller to stage their home to reap the highest return, or helping a buyer visualize the potential of a new property, Amy's background makes her uniquely qualified to achieve success.
