About Paul Barrett

Paul relocated full-time to Columbia County 15-years ago after a career in Marketing and Corporate Communications in the NYC area. He settled in Hudson and opened the city’s second B&B, The Country Squire which he ran for 13-years. An Associate Broker, Paul entered the real estate world 7 years ago.

 

Paul is a writer and researcher with a focus on Hudson Valley architecture and is often invited to speak on the subject for various organizations. He is a Hudson Hall board member at the Historic Hudson Opera House and sits on the Historic Preservation Commission for the city of Hudson. He is excited to be working with the Preservation League of New York coordinating their member's weekend tour of Hudson for the Fall of 2019.
