Christine Jones is an accomplished business professional, with more than 25 years’ experience focused on building and maintaining strategic partnerships, sales, marketing, and advertising. She and her husband Bert Goldfinger owned the Red Barn in Ghent for fourteen years, one of the first farm-to-table restaurants in Columbia County. Her focus and energy have also been given to many community organizations. She is co-founder of The Hudson Children’s Book Festival Literacy Fund in its fifth year which provides books and scholarships for Hudson Public School Students, is a participant in the Hudson Farmers Market for ten years and is co-founder of the Hudson Indoor Farmers Market. Chris is a Trustee of The Olana Partnership, on the boards of the Hudson Development Corporation and the boards of both The Fund for Columbia County and the Ellsworth Kelly, Hudson Schools Arts and Humanities Fund through The Berkshire Taconic Foundation. She has owned a farm in Ghent for twenty four years and she and her husband have made it their full time residence since 2012.
