About Gregory Kendall

Greg has worked most of his career in some facet of the real estate industry.  He is licensed in New York and Florida.  After falling in love with the Hudson Valley 10 years ago, he decided to build a home on Mount Merino, just outside of the City of Hudson.  He has a true appreciation and understanding of old and newer construction, but knows that most importantly for his clients, it is really the people of the towns and the surrounding areas that makes one feel at home.  Originally from the Midwest, Greg has experienced both the big city vibe in Chicago, Dallas, and New York City, along with the smaller town perspectives of Key West, parts of Ohio, and now Hudson.
